Refund and Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30 day return period for unused items in their original packaging.
The customer must cover return shipping for change of mind returns.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge according to Australian Consumer Law.
