1. Warranty Coverage

All AquaHart Hydrate bottles include a 12 month warranty for manufacturing defects.

This includes issues such as:

• LED display faults
  
• UV steriliser malfunction
  
• Battery failure
  
• Structural or material defects
  
  

2. What Is Not Covered

• Damage from dropping
  
• Misuse or improper cleaning
  
• Normal wear and tear
  
• Water damage caused by incorrect use
  
• Lost or stolen products
  
  

3. How to Claim

Email support@aquaharthydrate.com with:

• Your name
  
• Order number
  
• Photos or videos of the issue
  
• We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement if approved.

4. Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this warranty.
